Patrick is an attorney with extensive experience helping nonprofit organizations succeed and meet their goals. Each day, he demonstrates his proficiency and passion for finding creative, reliable, and efficient solutions to his clients’ needs.

He is an expert in structuring organizations. Patrick has significant experience and routinely advises clients on corporate and transactional issues, including impact investing. His work with AI, solar power, and analytics companies keeps him at the forefront of technology and business developments.

Patrick applies this expertise to assist social entrepreneurs, nonprofits, small- and medium-sized businesses, and the investors who support them. He believes that businesses and nonprofits alike have a unique capacity to create positive change in their communities.

Patrick is a partner with Social Venture Partners Dallas and a proud graduate of their Dana Juett Residency 2017-2018 cohort.

He graduated from Drake University Law School, after graduating cum laude with a political science degree from the University of North Texas, where he also studied double bass.

When he isn’t practicing law, Patrick enjoys searching pawn shops for vintage Fender basses, exploring new cities (while continuing his never-ending exploration of Dallas), and spending time outdoors.
