Cathleen has worked as a senior paralegal for law firms and in-house legal departments. Her expertise encompasses operations, real estate, financing, corporate, and securities issues. She has also worked for a publicly traded REIT, a private real estate investment and management firm, and a Fortune 100 company, bringing a wealth of experience to her current role.

Cathleen has extensive experience with corporate and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and property management. For several years, Cathleen managed a private residential real estate portfolio in Dallas, handling the acquisition, sale, due diligence, financing, leasing, and management of investment properties. Her skills are now applied to supporting nonprofit organizations in their corporate, contractual and real estate needs.
